The Sharing Shelf’s third annual “Fill a Box. Period.” campaign launches May 1, 2026, and we need your help. Throughout May and June, pink donation boxes will be placed at locations across the county — and we’re looking for volunteers like you to host one at your home or business.
Last year, our community came together to collect 54,706 period products for people in need. This year, we’re setting our sights even higher – our goal is 75,000 – and we can only hit that goal with your support.
How it works – we have pink boxes and we invite you to host one. Hosting a box is easy. Sign up to receive a pink donation box with The Sharing Shelf, place it somewhere visible at your home or business, and spread the word. Voila! Every pad or liner donated brings us closer to our goal and closer to ending period poverty in our county.
