Registration for our spring Family Volunteer Day is now open.
This event is geared toward families with younger children. We have a morning planned with activities and projects that allow little hands to lend a hand and join our mission to address clothing insecurity and meet basic needs.
At this event, we will once again make a special effort to pack hygiene kits with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner for children with textured hair. These essentials cost four times more than products with sulfates.
We are actively seeking bulk donations of new hair accessories (such as combs, brushes, hair clips), jewelry, cosmetics, and infant essentials like bibs, burp cloths, pacifiers for this event. Your donations allow us to create bonus kits for teens in our Teen Boutique (which we will pack at the event) and baby layette kits for infants.
